McDaniel Named SCAC Offensive Player of the Week
Austin College volleyball player Kelly McDaniel has been named the SCAC Offensive Player of the Week, the league office has announced.
Austin College volleyball player Kelly McDaniel has been named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week, the league office has announced.
McDaniel, a senior setter from Helotes, had an outstanding week in helping the 'Roos go 4-0 at the Southwestern Halloween Invitational over the weekend. McDaniel averaged 10.64 assists and 3.57 digs per set while also boasting a .447 hitting percentage on her way to being named to the All-Tournament Team. McDaniel finished the regular season second in the conference in assists per set.
Austin College athletic teams participate as a member of the NCAA Division III and the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference.
