The Austin College volleyball team cruised to a 3-0 victory over Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference foe Centenary on Sunday in Shreveport. With the victory, the 'Roos are now 9-3 overall and 2-1 in SCAC competition.
Austin College topped the host team 25-18 in the first set before winning the second and third sets by scores of 25-16, as the team boasted a .250 hitting percentage for the match. Aelyn Rodriguez had eight kills and Reygan Holloman added seven to pace the 'Roos, and Katie Ingle had a strong all-around math with 27 assists, five kills, and five digs. Rachel Fusselman led the charge defensively with 28 digs in the match.
