Women's Swimming Named to Scholar All-America Team
The Austin College women's swimming and diving team has been honored by the College Swimming Coaches of Association of America as a member of the Scholar All-America Team.
The Austin College women's swimming and diving team has been honored by the College Swimming Coaches Association of America as a member of the Scholar All-America Team. The CSCAA honors teams that have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher for each semester.
The 'Roo women's swimming and diving team recorded a combined 3.2 GPA for the spring 2012 semester en route to earning this honor. The Team Scholar All-America award is presented to men's and women's college and university teams from across the country at the NCAA Division I, II, and III levels along with the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics as well as junior college women's teams.
Austin College athletic teams participate as a member of the NCAA Division III and the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference.
