Rachel Fusselman made history, breaking the 'Roo volleyball record for digs in a career. The senior libero from Trophy Club tallied 19 digs in a win over Redlands, putting her at 1,973 for her career and surpassing the old mark of 1,968, set in 2012 by Adrienne Reynolds.
Fusselman finished the weekend with 54 digs in a four match trip to California, pushing her past 2,000 for her career. So far this season she's been named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week twice, and ranks near the top of the conference in both total digs and digs per set. Fusselman is up to 2,008 digs for her four year career.
