McArthur Named Modern Woodmen Student-Athlete of the Week

SHERMAN, Texas - Austin College athletics is excited to announce the Modern Woodmen of America Student-Athlete of the Week, an award highlighting our great student-athletes on and off the field of play each week. This week's honoree is 'Roo men's water polo player Dylan McArthur.

McArthur, a junior center from Missouri City, was recently named honorable mention Division III All-America by the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches. That recognition came following a career year for McArthur, who was consistently one of Austin College's top scoring threats throughout the season. He finished the year as one of the team's leading goal scorers, and at this year's CWPA Division III Eastern Championships, he found the back of the cage six times in three games, and he scored multiple goals several times throughout the year.
