'Roo Men's Soccer Blanks UD in SCAC First Round

The Austin College men's soccer team topped the University of Dallas 2-0 in the first round of the Southen Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament on Friday, earning a spot in the semifinals against top-seeded Trinity tomorrow.
Joey Alcocer put the 'Roos on the board early with a goal in the 10th minute, and Mason Waddell added an insurance goal in the 77th minute of action to make it a 2-0 final. Andrew Celio made five saves in goal to earn the shutout.
